1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using okbaet's online gaming platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User" or "Player") and okbaet (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a gaming operator licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) under License No. PH-2020-ONLINE-0842.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not create an account, deposit funds, or use any okbaet services. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Jurisdiction Requirements

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age or the legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater;
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically located within the Philippines when accessing the Platform;
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming activities;
• You are not registered in any self-exclusion program administered by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

okbaet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of request will result in account suspension and withdrawal of funds back to the original deposit source.

2.2 Account Creation and Verification

To use okbaet services, you must create a user account by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification;
• Valid email address and mobile phone number;
• Date of birth;
• Residential address in the Philippines;
• Preferred currency (Philippine Peso).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You agree to notify okbaet immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. okbaet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to maintain one (1) account only. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If okbaet detects that you have opened or are operating more than one account, we reserve the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts immediately;
• Void all transactions, bets, and winnings associated with duplicate accounts;
• Forfeit any bonus funds, free bets, or promotional credits;
• Retain deposits made into duplicate accounts as liquidated damages;
• Report the violation to PAGCOR and other relevant authorities if fraud is suspected.

If you believe you have inadvertently created a duplicate account, contact our customer support immediately before making any deposits or placing any bets. okbaet may, at its sole discretion, consolidate accounts if the duplication was unintentional.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okbaet accepts deposits via the following methods:

• GCash (instant processing);
• PayMaya (instant processing);
• Bank transfer to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank (same-day processing);
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards (subject to issuing bank approval);
• Cryptocurrency (USDT via TRC-20 network, subject to blockchain confirmation times).

Minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account status. VIP players may request higher limits by contacting customer support.

3.2 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your okbaet account are legally obtained and do not originate from any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or corruption. okbaet complies with all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations as required by PAGCOR and Philippine law. We reserve the right to request documentation verifying the source of your funds at any time.

3.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

All accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). If you deposit in a currency other than PHP, okbaet will convert the amount using the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Currency conversion fees may apply. okbaet is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Processing

You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (valid ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method);
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified alternative method in your name;
• Bonus funds and promotional credits must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal;
• okbaet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in a 30-day period.

Withdrawal processing times:

• GCash: Under 5 minutes (instant to same-day);
• PayMaya: Under 10 minutes (instant to same-day);
• Bank transfer: Same-day to 1 business day;
• Cryptocurrency: 1-6 hours (subject to blockchain confirmation).

4.2 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are as follows:

• Standard accounts: ₱100,000 per day;
• Silver VIP: ₱250,000 per day;
• Gold VIP: ₱500,000 per day;
• Platinum VIP: ₱1,000,000 per day.

Higher limits may be requested by contacting VIP support. All limits are subject to okbaet's anti-fraud and risk management policies.

4.3 Fees

okbaet does not charge withdrawal fees for GCash, PayMaya, or bank transfers to Philippine banks. Third-party payment processors or receiving banks may impose their own fees, for which okbaet is not responsible. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network transaction fees (miner fees), which are deducted from the withdrawal amount.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on okbaet are final and cannot be canceled or amended once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before placement. okbaet will not reverse or modify bets due to user error unless a clear technical malfunction is proven.

5.2 Sports Betting

okbaet offers pre-match and live in-play betting on a wide range of sports, including but not limited to basketball (PBA, NBA, UAAP), football (Premier League, La Liga, Champions League), boxing, MMA (UFC), tennis, and e-sports. All sports bets are subject to our Sports Betting Rules, which govern settlement, voided bets, and dispute resolution.

Key sports betting terms:

• Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing sports body (e.g., PBA, NBA, UFC);
• If a match is postponed, abandoned, or not completed, bets may be voided or settled according to specific sport rules;
• okbaet reserves the right to void bets if there is evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or irregular betting patterns;
• Maximum payout per bet slip is ₱5,000,000 unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Casino Games

okbaet offers over 800 casino games, including slots, live dealer tables (blackjack, baccarat, roulette), video poker, and specialty games. All casino games are provided by licensed third-party software providers, including JILI, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and PG Soft. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent testing agencies such as iTech Labs and GLI.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for all games and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP does not guarantee individual session results.

5.4 Bonus Abuse and Fraud Prevention

okbaet prohibits any form of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or fraudulent activity. Activities that constitute abuse include but are not limited to:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;

If okbaet detects any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to void all affected bets, confiscate winnings, close your account, and report the matter to PAGCOR and law enforcement if criminal activity is suspected.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Promotional Offers

okbaet offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

Unless otherwise stated, bonus wagering requirements are 30x the bonus amount for casino bonuses and 10x the bonus amount for sports betting bonuses. Wagering contributions vary by game type:

• Slots: 100% contribution;
• Table games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette): 10% contribution;
• Live dealer games: 10% contribution;
• Sports betting (odds 1.50 or higher): 100% contribution;
• Sports betting (odds below 1.50): 50% contribution.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering requirements, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.2 Bonus Abuse Policy

okbaet reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate winnings if we determine that you have abused or attempted to abuse any promotional offer. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, coordinating with other players, or using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

If we discover that a minor has created an account, the account will be immediately closed, and all funds will be confiscated and donated to a responsible gaming charity.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your okbaet account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. If bonus funds or promotional credits remain, they will be forfeited upon closure.

8.2 Suspension or Termination by okbaet

okbaet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms;
• Fraudulent or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification;
• Detection of multiple accounts;
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement;
• Suspected money laundering or terrorist financing.

If your account is terminated for cause, okbaet may retain any remaining balance as liquidated damages. If the termination was not for cause, your balance will be returned to you.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the okbaet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of okbaet or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from okbaet.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, okbaet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if okbaet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

okbaet's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding okbaet services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. We will make every effort to resolve your complaint within 14 business days.

11.2 PAGCOR Escalation

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR by contacting their Customer Relations Unit. PAGCOR's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12. Amendments to Terms

okbaet reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of okbaet services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
